This year Shu Ren student journalists are taking the Zine to the next level! Led by student editor-in- chief, Maxxy Frey, Grade 6, the students published their first issue in January. Jam-packed with articles, activities, and information to get you thinking about the world, the Zine was a real page-turner!
We aspired for a more professional look to our Zine this school year, so the grade 3-6 journalist learned how to use Lucidpress technology. Yes! Tech used by adults to create professional materials quickly and easily. It just goes to show we should never underestimate the creative and intellectual potential of young learners!
